Mr. Selassie has over 20 years' experience as an executive for large real estate investment firms. He has sourced and developed $4.4 billion of housing-focused projects across the United States. Prior to founding RVC, Mr. Selassie was Senior Managing Director at Urban Atlantic. Before Urban, Bereket was a Director for CRC Partners (formerly Clark Realty Capital), where he led business development.

Mr. Rodiger has over 20 years' experience developing affordable, mixed-income and luxury housing, hotel/hospitality projects and master planned, multi-phased, mixed-use communities for large real estate organizations, such as Redbrick LMD and Kettler. He has developed $5 billion of projects around the country, encompassing all aspects of development: sourcing and structuring new developments, underwriting and project budget analysis, management of pre-development activities including feasibility, zoning, entitlement, design development, securing third-party debt and equity, coordinating and overseeing the construction process.

Mr. Ansari has over 20 years' experience as an executive for larger real estate investment firms and principal investor for urban infill development projects. Prior to founding Rift Valley, he was Chief Operating Officer for Great Gulf (GG) Build to Rent (now branded Beacon Residential), where he led acquisition, development and operations. Before joining GG, he was an executive Manager at Corvias and Lendlease where he led student housing, medical office and PPV business units. He is skilled in public-private partnerships having secured and negotiated over $6 billion in development value for mixed-use residential, healthcare, hospitality and student housing projects.

Current and past Board positions include Citizen's Bank, the University School of Nashville, and Nashville's public housing agency, MDHA.

Mr. Lamont is an entrepreneur in both the technology and real estate sectors. He has built four successful companies based both in the U.S. and in Europe. Three of those companies were sold. He and Bereket Selassie started their first business together in 1991 and since then have co-invested in real estate projects. Mr. Lamont is responsible for accounting, finance, legal and tax compliance, fundraising and investor relations.

Ms. Mulligan is a veteran sales leader with over 15 years of experience. Before joining Rift Valley, she successfully built a boutique sales agency, securing over 30 successful client engagements and helping close over $5 million in revenue. She has a proven record of fostering positive team dynamics, coaching, mentoring, and ensuring high performance. She excels at building strong relationships and encouraging collaboration. Ms. Mulligan is responsible for growing and discovering advisory and fee opportunities.
