Chevy Chase Civic Core
In a competitive RFP process, Rift Valley was awarded as the developer for the redevelopment of the Chevy Chase Civic Core site located at 5601 & 5625 Connecticut Avenue NW. On these parcels, we will deliver a 177-unit, mixed-income, mixed-use building which will include a state-of-the-art library and community center, as well as greatly expanded usable open space that includes a play park and public plaza, sports and events courts, native plant garden, and amphitheater.

Chinatown Marriott Tribute Hotel
Located in the heart of Washington, DC's historic Chinatown, 1 block from the Gallery Place metro station and newly renovated Capital One Arena, the 142-key Marriott Tribute branded hotel combines 7 historic row homes and a nine-story new construction addition to create a one-of-a-kind mixed-use hospitality project.



Press House Hotel
Located in the heart of Washington, DC's vibrant NoMa / Union Market neighborhood, 1 block from the new NoMa-Gallaudet U. Metro station entrance, the Press House project provides the zoning flexibility for a mixed-use hospitality, residential or student housing project with ground floor/rooftop retail.

Engine 12 Fire Station and Mixed-Income Apartments
In a competitive RFP process, Rift Valley was awarded as the developer for the redevelopment of Engine 12 located at 2225 5th St NE and 513 Rhode Island Ave NE. On these parcels, we will deliver a 136-unit, mixed-income, mixed-use building which will include a state-of-the-art fire station on the ground floor.
