Project Overview
Located in the heart of Washington, DC's historic Chinatown, 1 block from the Gallery Place metro station and newly renovated Capital One Arena, the 142-key Marriott Tribute branded hotel combines 7 historic row homes and a nine-story new construction addition to create a one-of-a-kind mixed-use hospitality project.
The hotel takes advantage of the site's unique zoning flexibility which enables hospitality, and ground floor commercial retail uses by-right. Designed by Fillat+, the project is a perfect combination of historic preservation and new construction.
The location provides effortless access to many of DC's leading employers and key attractions, including museums, the DC Convention Center, the Capital One Arena and the National Mall.
