Chevy Chase Civic Core

In a competitive RFP process, Rift Valley was awarded as the developer for the redevelopment of the Chevy Chase Civic Core site located at 5601 & 5625 Connecticut Avenue NW. On these parcels, we will deliver a 177-unit, mixed-income, mixed-use building which will include a state-of-the-art library and community center, as well as greatly expanded usable open space that includes a play park and public plaza, sports and events courts, native plant garden, and amphitheater. The high-caliber team to deliver this complex project includes STUDIOS as the lead architect and designer, OVS, a design firm specializing in landscape architecture, and GCS Sigal, a general contractor with extensive success delivering public buildings in the District.
